HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE

To place your order, type an amount in the"Quantity" field. If applicable, select the product option from the drop down list and click on the "Click to Buy" button next to the item you would like to purchase. The item will be added to your shopping cart.

Once an item is in your cart, you may change the quantity of each item. Changing the quantity to 0 will remove the item on your next action. You may click the Update Cart button to update the contents of the cart. The Continue Shopping button will take you back to the main product page and the Check Out buttons starts the check out process.

The first part of the check out process is the entry of your shipping information. Fill in the appropriate information here. The Special Instructions area is provided so that you can make note of any special instructions. After completing this screen, click on the Calculate Shipping and Tax button.

You will then see the contents of your cart again with your shipping information as well as any additional charges for shipping and sales tax. Once you have confirmed your order, select the Pay by Credit Card button to enter your payment information via a secure server, or the Print Order button to display the order for printing.

BY MAIL

To order by mail, use the instructions above to print out your order. Then mail the printed order form with a check or money order to:
